  By far the worst experience with the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Had us fill our app twice, pay fee twice. Never heard from them, finally met owner who told us that he chose my family for his property, showed us some changes he made inside property as well. Never heard from company. When you call, they ignore you and text you back, extremely unprofessional. Was told multiple times we were the first applicant and it would be our home. Needless to say, they let another couple sign the lease, had no answer, and refused to answer our calls or email.

  Our services were handled with the utmost care and respect. My husband died about 1 and 1/2 hours before my son insisted we stop and at least look at where we were going to go. In about 45 minutes everything was bought and paid for and I went on that day with the knowledge that everything was settled, and it was. Thanks to Ken and his staff. T

  Hands Down, Mr. Frank Maffei is a top-notch attorney. He has many years of experience and has a vast knowledge of the numerous areas of practice. Mr. Maffei and his staff are wonderful communicators. They have always been polite, attentive and made me feel as though I was their #1 priority.   I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Mr. Maffei and his team. Far too often, people are eager to write letters or make a phone call to complain, but I wanted to take the time to write to let you know that I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. Maffei. Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. Upon settlement of my case, I felt that it was a fair settlement amount and that Mr. Maffei did everything in his power to ensure this process had truly been as smooth and comfortable as possible. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress, promises were maintained, copies of communication between the office and the defendants representatives were always sent to me...I could not have asked for more! I thank and commend Frank Maffei and his team for truly being For the People!!
